In europe : not really hate, probably, but europeans have always looked down on americans, seeing them as not too informed about the world.
In middle east : always there since the end of WWII bc, of Israel.

Anti Americanism is not related to whole wide continental of America but for USA herself.

The hatred phenomenon is arising before the 9/11, before the Cold War ( Soviet vs Nato ).

Dont forget, USA and Israel are most wicked countries in the world. Dont trust and even made them as a friend. They will conquer your country at any time.

Bush and white house is the real terrorist and used many words to allure the stupid guy like you to support him against any terrosrism. But the question is what happened in Iraq and Afghan, many reported series said that many local civiliians are more been killed by USA soldiers just to make the people of USA like you say, hey, we have killed all terrorist and we must celebrate our victory. This is a barbaric actions done by the country that proudly said is more democratic and human right freedoms.
I dont think USA will be better after this, more numbers of foe that you made now, and this numbers will be increasing if no such actions to revamp the white house administration and Bush must be sentence to death penalty in Iraq for killing hundread thousand of people in Iraq and Afghan.

Sorry, but you must take a bit of responsibility for the way Americans act. There are reasons to not like us; although terrorism has no excuse.

Of coarse the haters have always been there. We can’t even get a consensus from our closest ally, the British. I suppose we will just need to live with it.

It became a national disgrace when the Clintons took office. These two people are not healers by any stretch of the imagination. These are, not one, but two lightning rods that galvanize the American public. If anybody can drive a stake into the American phyche quicker, it would be Hillary’s alter ego, Rahm Emanuel., and she hangs on his every word.

Donald has it pretty right on. The only thing I would add is that with the current market conditions, some lender such as Bank of America, are opting not to subordinate. Or, as in our last deal, the borrower had a 110k second and they agreed to subord 56k….my borrower was NOT taking out cash or paying off any debt, so this did not make sense for him.

The plaintiff was a venture capital group that went through a series of mergers, you say? What you have to do is trace through the mergers to see what that entity is called today. Follow the link below to find a tool that will help you track down what happens to corporations. If you get a result that says “MERGED OUT,” then you may need to contact the Secretary of State to find out the name of the entity that resulted from the merger. Eventually, you’ll get to a live corporation or LLC.

When you do that, you’ll also find out the name of the corporation’s agent for service of process. That’s the person that you serve with papers.

The papers you want to serve will be an ex parte application for expungement of judgment. You’ll be asking the court to expunge the judgment against you based on your having offered the plaintiff payment in full and the plaintiff’s having refused it and refused to execute a notice of satisfaction of judgment. Then see what the judge says about it.

If the judge agrees that judgment should be expunged against you, you then need to send a copy of that order to the various credit reporting agencies, and in particular to your prospective mortgage lender to show that you’ve gotten that debt expunged. At that point, you should be showing a better credit score and be deemed a better credit risk.

If that sounds complicated, well, it is. You probably want to have an attorney’s help doing all of this. This will cost you some money, but saving a point or a point and a half on your mortgage is well worth it. Contact your local bar association and ask for a referral to an attorney familiar with debt collection and credit issues.
